A Typical KSS Timetable

Below are examples of how the school day may look. Please go onto class pages to see the latest up to date weekly timetable for each class.

Our school day is 32.5 hours for Years 1-6 and 31 hours for Reception

Reception- Typical Day

08:55 am	Bell to line up, enter school
09:00 am	Welcome & Registration
09:05 – 9.30 am	Assembly
9.30 –11:50 am	Lessons (whole class and/or small group)and free flow provision- both indoor and outdoors
11:50-1:15pm	Lunch & Outdoor Play
1:15- 3:15 pm	Lessons (whole class and/or small group)and free flow provision- both indoor and outdoors
3:15pm	End of school day

Key Stage 1- Typical Day

08:55 am	Bell to line up, enter school
09:00 am	Welcome & Registration
09:05 – 9.30 am	Assembly
9.30 – 10.30 am	Lesson- E.g. Maths
10.30 – 10.45 am	Outdoor Playtime
10.45 – 12.00 pm	Lessons- e.g. English Reading/Phonics & Writing
12.00 – 1.15 pm	Lunch and Outdoor playtime
1.15 – 2.15 pm	Lessons- e.g. Topic/PE
2.15 – 2.30pm	Outdoor Playtime
2.30 – 3.25pm	Lesson
3:25pm	End of school day
