Our Open Days for those families looking for a place in Reception from September 2025 are as follows:
Thursday 17th October 2024 1:30 – 3:20pm
Thursday 7th November 2024 1:30 – 3:20pm & 3:40 – 5pm
Thursday 5th December 2024 1:30 – 3:20pm & 3:40 - 5pm
Thursday 9th January 2025 1:30 -3:20pm
No need to book, just come when it is convenient for you and your family.

Application process opens. Families should apply online at www.leeds.gov.uk and return Supplementary Information Form to the office at Kirkstall St Stephen's C of E (VA) Primary School.
15th January 2025
Deadline for applications.

Deadline for waiting list applications
16th May 2025
Cut off for first round of appeals.
April to July 2025
Places allocated from the waiting lists and appeals held.

School Appeals
If you have not been offered a place at the school you wanted you are entitled to appeal against the refusal.
Appeals are heard by panels which are independent of the ​council, schools and governing bodies. The panel follows the School Admission Appeals Code drawn up by the Department for Education with advice from the Local Government Ombudsman.
